- “I don’t know what to say” YOU TALK ALL DAY LONG!
- “I get nervous in front of a camera” This is not the evening news this is in your house, at the office, alone, you can do over, chill, relax make it fun. Quick being OLD. Think like a kid.

Share about a neighborhood, places to go, things to do, spotlight a neighbor, video testimonial (3rd party affirmation thumbs up). Don’t do an all about you video, add value to the customer. Educate them on distressed properties.
